How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery will take 3-5 days from your order confirmation. We also offer an express delivery which will take 1-2 days , which is available at checkout.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery within the UK for all of our products. There is however a delivery charge on all hire equipment, to enable us to deliver and collect from you.

Order Issues

Can I amend an order after I have placed it?

We try to get orders out for delivery within the same working day, so it may not be possible to change your order after confirmation. However, please do send us an email if you would like to amend it and if possible we will do our best to help.

I have received a faulty item what should I do?

As soon as your discover a fault, email us straight away. Please reference your order number, the product and the faulty issue.

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

As we try to dispatch our orders within the same working day it may not be possible to cancel your order. However, contact us as soon as possible and we can look into a return for you, if it has already been dispatched.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Your estimated delivery day is on your order confirmation, please allow up to this day for delivery. If you haven’t received it after this day please email us and we will look into it for you.

How can I return my order?

We offer full refunds on unopened products within 30 days of your order date.
Please email us with your order number and reasons for the return to recieve a returns reference number. You must use thisnumber to return your items at your own cost.
